The Optec 5000P and 5500P are ideal for all industrial and DSE vision screening requirements. Visual acuity, depth perception, colour, phoria and peripheral vision can all be determined in a very efficient manner
The Optec®5000 conducts simple, accurate, and repeatable visual screening tests in a few minutes. Tests include: Adult and pediatric visual acuities, color and depth perception, as well as vertical and lateral phorias can be tested

- Standard test packages with vision testing devices and accessories that are designed to apply to multiple specialty areas
- Test slides that are manufactured on high-quality photographic film and then sealed between two glass plates, ensuring that the images will last for years
- Scratch-resistant, washable surface made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastic
- Two independent viewing ports for precise distance and near visual screening. The distance lense system tests at 20 feet and the near lens system tests at 18 inches. Testing between near and distance is also available from 20 to 40 inches.
